PUSH PASS - ball on the ground

Coaching Points:
Non kicking foot planted next to Ball
Toe pointing towards target.
Pull kicking foot back and up and knee slightly bent.
Strike the center of the ball with kicking foot.
Knee and body slightly forwardly
Ankle locked.
Toe slightly raised
Follow through towards target.
PRACTICE USING BOTH FEET

Accuracy and Pace (speed) of the ball is important.
